Inter Academy Panel (IAP)

Brought to you by the International Futures Program of the OECD

IAP is a network of the world’s science academies. Its primary goal is to help member academies work together to advise citizens and public officials on the scientific aspects of critical global issues. The IAP is particularly interested in assisting young and small academies achieve this goal in order to raise public awareness and their influence among policy makers.

The Virtual Biosecurity Center (VBC) is a global multi-organizational initiative spearheaded by the Federation of American Scientists (FAS) committed to countering the threat posed by the development or use of biological weapons and the responsible use of science and technology. The VBC is the ‘one stop shop’ for biosecurity information, education, best practices, and collaboration.
