Two-day workshop on Information-Sharing Models and Guidelines for Collaboration: Applications to a National Integrated Biosurveillance Strategy
The Institute of Medicine will be hosting the Workshop on Information-Sharing Models and Guidelines for Collaboration: Applications to a National Integrated Biosurveillance Strategy on September 8-9th, 2011. This workshop will explore processes by which successful information-sharing and integration have been achieved across disparate domains and sectors and seek to identify actionable ideas that can help guide such enhancements in national biosurveillance in the near term. The workshop is sponsored by the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Health Affairs, under the IOM’s Standing Committee on Health Threats Resilience.
