The American Society for Virology invites you to participate in the 30th Annual Meeting, being hosted and held at the University of Minnesota, in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

The American Society for Virology (ASV) was founded in 1981 to provide a forum for investigators of human, animal, insect, plant, fungal, and bacterial viruses, whether the research involves the use of clinical, ecological, biological, or biochemical approaches. The Society sponsors an annual meeting, designed to promote discussion and collaboration among scientists active in all aspects of virology.

May 1, 2011
Deadline for submission of new member applications to ASV Membership Committee for approval as a new ASV member qualified to register for ASV 2011 at reduced member rates.

June 1, 2011
Deadline for ASV 2011 online registration at regular fee rates
Deadline for ASV 2011 registration by mail or fax

June 2, 2011
Late registration fee begins for online registrants

June 11, 2011
Conference rates and block bookings for both on-campus accommodation and off-campus hotel reservation end.
Deadline to cancel ASV 2011 registration with partial refund
Deadline for Veterinary Satellite Symposium reservation
Deadline for Retroviruses Satellite Symposium reservation

July 1, 2011
Deadline for Medical Virology Club Luncheon reservations
Deadline for Plant Virology Club Luncheon reservations
Deadline for ASV 2011 online registration; (on-site registration thereafter)

July 15, 2011
